Take action against onshore salmon farms!
The UK’s first fully on-land salmon mega-farm has been granted planning permission. If it goes ahead, this industrial fish factory would confine and kill around one million fish every year.
But it’s not just the animals who are at risk. Experts warn the project could have catastrophic consequences for the local environment. Just one sewage leak from the facility could wipe out entire local species – and even pose serious risks to human health.
At Animal Equality, we’re doing everything we can to stop this dangerous new form of factory farming before it spreads. But we can’t do it alone – we need your voice.

- Select your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), and a pre-written email will open, ready to send.
- Enter a unique subject line.
- Add the email address of your MP after finding them in the directory above, and replace [MP’s Name] in the pre-written text with the name of your MP.
- At the bottom of the email, please ensure you include your address after your name – this may increase the chances of them responding!
