Call on MSPs to Protect Farmed Fish – Take Action Now!
On 21st January 2025, Animal Equality is co-hosting a pivotal event at the Scottish Parliament to highlight the urgent need for stronger legal protections for farmed fish.
To make this event as impactful as possible, we need to get as many Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs) in the room as we can – to listen, engage, and act on the urgent need for species-specific slaughter legislation. That’s where you come in.
If you live in Scotland or know someone who does, we need your help in urging MSPs to attend. We’ve made it easy – Animal Equality has drafted an email for you to send. All you need to do is:
- Enter your name, surname, and email address in the fields below.
- Select your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), and a pre-written email will open, ready to send.
- Add your MSP’s name and your address after your name – MSPs need to verify that you’re their constituent, or they may not respond.
- If you can, add a personal touch to your message. MSPs want to hear from you, not just us, and personal messages are more impactful.
Remember to always keep your message polite – your voice matters, and this is a crucial opportunity to make a difference for farmed fish.
